Drain Doctor came to Neiman Marcus and stopped a lower level flood we were having. They had a device that told them exactly where to drill the hole on the floor. They found the pipe that was causing the flood and stopped it. They were pretty good. more

I had the best experience with Drain Doctor. We had a bathroom sink faucet that was broken and needed to be replaced. I called my insurance company and they ended up recommending Drain Doctor. Throughout the entire process Donna was my single point of contact. I genuinely appreciate the way she dealt with us. Joe was the man who came to do the work. We ended up making a mistake with the type of product we asked for. We didn't notice until they opened the box. Any other person would have been upset with us but they were very understanding and they took back that faucet and returned another day with the right one. Joe was always on time and he got the work done fast. They were extremely good with everything, even the billing. If anyone ever asks me for a recommendation for a plumbing service I won't hesitate in recommending Drain Doctor. It feels great to have found a reliable plumbing company with this level of customer service. In the past I have had plumbers that truly just end up wasting my time and I do not feel like that at all with Drain Doctor. more

We called Drain Doctor to help with our boiler. Tom gave us a quote and we went with them because they gave us the most choices. They came out, removed the old one and installed a new gas boiler. They did very nice work. more

We hired Drain Doctor to realign our sewer pipe. The first day, they came and got all set up but realized they didn't have all the required materials, which they were still waiting for from the warehouse. So they couldn't do the job the first day, and they came back a second time a couple days later. Once again, we had to vacate the premises for 24 hours, since there was going to be no use of our drains during that period. We had already packed up and left the first time, so we vacated a second time with our two small children. They finished their work this time, but they found that they fell three feet short with the pipe. Thankfully, they owned up to it when they realized it and came back a third time to extend the liner. It was their job, and they stuck to their price, but we had to vacate again, which was a little inconvenient. I'm glad that they told us and fixed the mistake, and I'm pleased with their work. They were all pleasant to work with while we were there, and they cleaned up nicely. The work was good, but we were just inconvenienced by having to keep moving out with our two kids. They said the first delay wasn't their fault, that the part had been delayed at the warehouse. We were still annoyed with the two delays but pleased with their final work, and the price was very reasonable. I feel bad because we liked them so much, but we were inconvenienced by the delays. If they can do better planning or prep work, the job could have likely been done correctly the first time. Still, they wound up doing a very good job, and the owner is very nice. RESPONSE FROM Drain Doctor: There was a delay in the material order which could not have been planned for. Unfortunately there were complications during the process. However, we did not disguise the problem and we completed the additional work at our expense. more

I had a problem at my home and 3 different companies came over to take a look. Drain Doctor came and fixed the problem immediately. At my mother's house, she had a big problem and Drain Doctor had the job done when everyone else was making a huge production out of the whole thing. They gave us different avenues to go down and it was done within 2 weeks. Phenomenal work. more

Drain Doctor communicated well with me. They were taking care of a issue at a rental property for me, and they did a good job. They explained when and what they were going to do and gave me an accurate time frame. I am a repeat customer. more

Drain Doctor are very nice people, but in terms of reliability, it's a little in question. But they're very nice, especially Tom's wife Donna. Tom's overall a very nice man, as well. They came by to repair a water jetting problem with my pipes, and there was a slight complication after the fact. One of the pipes they manipulated got loose and fell in the basement. We had some flooding, which they rectified within about 48 hours. Other than that water jetting, we have had no problems and overall they did a pretty good job even though it's only been a week and half. Everything seems to be in good standing, the service was just a little questionable. RESPONSE FROM Drain Doctor: The line in question was held up with a bungie strap prior to the hydrojet. Dispite of this fact we repaired the pipe at no charge. more

Tom was able to save me thousands of dollars by relining the pipe at an affordable price. They were efficient, accomodating and the service was exceptional. The "Drain Doctor" showed up at my house a few hours before Huricane Irene was supposed to hit. I had not called but he wanted to stop by and make sure that the check valve/flap valve he installed was working properly. He needed to fix the alarm. Sure enough during the storm the alarm sounded and alerted us. All I can say is "wow". What great service. more

During the '06 NorEaster we had sewerage backup through our basement toilet. My wife and I took turns bailing all night to prevent a flood of our basement. Afterwards we became aware of the Flood Gate option to prevent similar future scenarios. The Drain Doctor came and installed the system and we've been safe from sewer problems since them.
