A week ago I had the eyelift with Dr. Lam after I looked him up online. He is very professional and he is knowledgeable. He is also pretty thorough throughout the whole process. His staff is very friendly and super helpful. more

I had fillers with Dr. Lam today, it has been a year and a half and it was time to come back, because I had gotten such good results the first time. Dr. Lam is professional and he provides superior, top quality end results. His staff is outstanding. They have the best customer service of any medical facility I've ever been to. I am probably 200% satisfied with my experience and I highly recommend Dr. Lam. more

Dr. Samuel Lam injects you with DEAD tissue which leaves mainly adhesions and scar and underneath your skin which is irreversible. That bowl of yellow mushy gunk that he sucked out of you and injecting your face with is are not living tissue but is mostly dead, necrotic tissue. Clinical studies by researcher showed genuine fat grafts do not last and Dr. Samuel Lam has never proven his own fat truly remains as ""fat"". All that leftover volume which did not reabsorb that you see 6 months later isn't living graft but dead tissue. Sadly it doesn't stop there. The dead tissue inside your skin isn't just from the clumps of yellow mushed up dead fatty mixture which he injects into you but its also from needle trauma from him ramming that needle aggressively in and out, and moving side to side slicing parts of your skin from the inside. There is nothing gentle about this slicing and dicing from the inside which is why he prefers general anesthesia to knock you right out completely whereas many other plastic surgeons are able to do it locally. His technique is so aggressive he just tons of scar which is permanent and can never be removed unless you go back in and cut out parts of your own natural skin. Once you go through fat graft with this man you've reached the point of no return. Dr. Lam is also foolishly promoting 5-FU when it isn't remotely useful for that amount of scar he injects his patients with, that dead tissue needs to be taken out surgically and even if you do it surgically you will only end up removing parts of your original tissue. To the unbelievers, get a biopsy of an area you were grafted and have it looked at by a state medical pathologist. Also any surgeon who inserts a needle back into your skin will definitely feel those hard adhesions and find it hard to maneuver that needle around because of all that resistance from the dead tissue. more

Well, it was in January this year, January 30th, I guess. The procedure was a Lip Reduction. I read on online and I went to him for the consultation. I liked him based on the way he treated me and then I scheduled the procedure. After the surgery was done, the Lip Reduction worked well and I'm happy with that right now. Even after the surgery, I saw him three times until now. Every time, I have better results and I was happy with their treatment, I mean, the ambiance in the office and everything and the treatment as well. Everything was fine and I'm happy about the surgery and happy that I chose him and I will recommend him to others. He is a great person. He respects the clients very well. He understands their problems. He listens patiently. A lot of times, he tries to understand the problem and then the solutions, options and everything. So, I think he is a great person, and everybody would feel safe when talking to him. I thank him and it was a good experience. more

I contacted Dr. Lam over concerns with my masseter muscle and parotid glands, which both seemed inflamed and swollen, and the work he did has a tremendous benefit to me. He’s great to work with and he’s honest. The results have been dramatic and I’ve had no side effects whatsoever. It’s really improved my confidence level and quality of life. My face is more symmetrical and less bloated and puffy looking. It’s been more than what I could have hoped for…it’s a first class business. Dr. Lam owes me thousands of dollars for the repairs I had to do to fix his cosmetic disaster. I had an alright face before seeing this man but now I have a face where people in public turn heads and I get comments because they know something is completely off. He did surgeries on me that I did not request at all but he himself thought I needed and couldn’t take 2 minute before to clarify if this was okay but he rushed into this assuming I would love his unrequested work at the end. I don’t get how any doctors in private practice can get away with doing operations without a protocol of checks and balances to make sure they have the patients permission and that they do the requested procedure! He owes me big for the emotional and financial distress he put me through. more

Completely different than any place I have ever been. His approach to helping you make a holistic decision versus predetermined single treatment. You may have walked in hearing about this treatment or thinking it may hurt. But it is pain-free and just amazing. Dr. Lam performed an Otoplasty, almost a year ago, in January. I was really scared but I felt really comfortable with Dr. Lam and the nurses were really awesome, they made me feel good and comfortable with them so that helped a lot. The recovery was awesome and that the results turned out exactly how I wanted and hoped they would, so it worked out good. Besides, he’s a really smart man and he seems to know exactly what he's doing, he's friendly so you feel comfortable with him so I would choose him every time. My results are amazing. If you look at my previous pictures it's a really big change and my confidence has definitely gone up. If someone would ask me if I would do it again, I would definitely do it! more

I had Artefill 6 months ago. I have a really long, narrow face so it always had hollowed out areas underneath the cheekbones. I?d gone through my whole life with this and I didn?t think there was anything that could be done. So I was just trying to get Botox and things like that, but Dr. Lam mentioned Artefill. It was really inexpensive because I talked to other people and if you did fat injections it was something like $7,000 but this was just $1500 and it?s permanent. So Dr. Lam was able to put this Artefill into my cheek areas and then into my eyebrows to raise my eyebrows and things like that and it?s made a huge difference. It changed my look completely. Dr. Lam was able to look at my face and say, oh, you know what, this is what we really need to do, and that has made a really big difference. The results totally changed my look. I did not like having my picture taken before because my face was almost gaunt. But now it?s like I?m photogenic and I don?t mind having my picture taken anymore, I don?t have to hide from the camera. The difference is night and day! I absolutely recommend Dr. Lam because he is professional, fair, and he just seems like he knows right away what needs to be done. That?s what really makes a difference. more

Dr. Lam is patient and very nice, and I think he did a great job with the filler and Botox. I looked at the before and after photos of myself and I?m satisfied. I look younger, and that?s what I want! more

All his videos are about how much of a brilliant doctor he is with better experience than surgeons with 20 years in this industry. Something is very wrong with the Texas medical system if we have an ENT doctor doing hair transplants, injections, botox, and promoting his own line of skin cream all day long. more

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lam’s for about nine months. He does just enough Botox treatment so that you look really good without overdoing it. He will also give you advice on what he thinks you should have to look your best. He’s an energetic, friendly and artistic doctor with an extremely helpful and accommodating staff. more

After talking to Dr. Lam, he seemed like he had the most up-to-date and knowledgeable procedures for what I wanted done. He takes the time to talk to you and doesn?t force anything on you. He?s good at symmetry with the chin implant and has got that sort of artistic side, not just the medical side. Dr. Lam also tweaked the scar revision procedure for me without extra charge. Mr. Samuel Lam is mutilator and a butcher who does not deserve the title of being called a doctor. This man stole years from my life and stole my identity by making deformities on my face and turning me into a freak of nature. Mr. Lam, do you have any idea what its like to spend the rest of your life with your head down in public because of the facial deformities you made? Don't assume that a patient who doesn't return to you is happy with the outcome. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. If you had only let the unsatisfied reviews remain online then maybe this would not have happened and I would not have been fooled into having anything done with you. No ethical doctors pay companies like Medical Justice to 'clean' up your reputation online or threaten former patients. Trusting Sam Lam was sincerely the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life with the worst possible outcome. more

I?ve been extremely pleased with everything Dr. Lam has done for me each time I?ve been to his office for fillers. He has a rare combination of technical expertise and artistic ability, and he?s a doctor that I would highly recommend. He?s a nice person who makes you feel very relaxed and manages to do it painlessly, which is amazing. I?ve had great results and am thrilled to bits with what he?s done for me. more

Dr. Sam Lam is irresponsible and unfit to practice medicine. He left the practice while I was still unconscious under general anesthesia and I was left alone with a couple of nurses. It took time for the anesthesia to wear off and I nearly passed out as I walked to the restroom by myself with no assistance. Where was he? Where were the anesthesiologists he hired? If he had an emergency to tend to while I was still unconscious why could he not make sure an anesthesiologist was present at the facilities to make sure that I recovered. more

Dr. Lam is phenomenal! He is absolutely the best in Dallas and the finest physician I?ve been to. He?s personable, caring, friendly, informed, professional, empathetic, and he?s like an artist. I look 20 from the Botox injections. Dr. Lam knows what he is doing and he knows more about the face probably than anybody. I hope they don?t ever change anything because his staff is wonderful, the facility is wonderful, and he is just awesome. more

Dr. Lam and his staff are fantastic people. I would strongly recommend him for anybody cause he cares a lot about his patients. Everything is topnotch. They?re clean and professional, and I?ve had very little discomfort from my procedures. They will answer any questions you have and will do an excellent job for anybody.
