I had a consultation at Dr. Rogers' office, and it what I observed was a standoffish, brusque Doctor Rogers. I was married to a doctor for 28 years. I know doctors. This series of ""reviews"" clearly reads as an attempt at damage control, with perhaps a legitimate, sincere compliment here or there. I experienced abject, overt, disgraceful, embarrassing verbal harassment from one of her appointment setters over the phone. It was grotesquely unprofessional and histrionic behavior. Based on that woman's absurd ""customer service,"" I chose not to become a client. Coupled with Dr. Rogers' obvious attempts to ""be nice"" to apparently random clients, I wouldn't spend my money subjecting myself to ""Jekyll or Hyde?"" weekly appointments. There are plenty of good, solicitous, effective doctors - including weight loss doctors and clinics in San Antonio, and I have had excellent success elsewhere, \r

Dr. Rogers might have been better suited to being a radiologist or pathologist. They don't need to worry much about their bedside behavior.
