I always look forward to talking to Dr. Bowman, as he truly is the most patient and informative Dr. I have ever had. When he is talking with me, he is focused, and objective.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Bauman's office. They are deliberately misleading. From the moment you enter the office, you must guard yourself against being hoodwinked into unnecessar...

The staff was very friendly and kind and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The exam was extremely thorough and everything was explained me in a clear manner. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need, they respected the budget I had for glasses and my insurance was used to the max. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bauman's office. more

Initial visit 5/13/2011

I was greatly impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail provided by Dr. Bauman. I was very pleased to see the excellent integration of technology and the seamless use of the technology to allow me to understand the tests performed, the results, and the ramifications to the health of my eyes. I would recommend Dr. Bauman to anyone, and have suggested to my wife that she switch her service. more

Excellent! 5/10/2011

All members of the office were very kind and friendly. My eye exam was extremely thorough, and each different part was explained to me in a clear and concise manner. I was pleased with the technology, as my old eye doctor did not have as many high tech machines as Dr. Bauman's office. The packet at the end was helpful and the people at the office didn't try to sell me eye wear/accessories I didn't need, they worked with my budget and used my insurance and their special offers to save me money. Thank you, Dr. Bauman's office! more

Chemcal injury to eye 5/4/2011

After having received emergency room attention for my eyes having being doused wuth gasoline from an accident at a filling statio,. I was instructed to have follow up treatment within 24 hours from an eye doctor. I called on Dr. Bauman's office who arranged an appointment with the Dr. the same day. Dr. Bauman gave me a thoough eye exam and prescribed an anrtibiotic cream to acelerate the healing process of my eyes. I foud Dr. Bauman to have a most knowledgable. hands on approach supported by state of the art examination equipment. Our eyes are arguably one of our most imprtant and sensitive sensory organs and following my experience, I would recommend anyone with an eye propblem to contact Dr. Bauman. more

Excellent Business Model 4/26/2011

There are very view places these days where you get outstanding customer service, but Dr. Bauman's office is not one of those places. The office staff was extremely helpful in picking out a pair of glasses and in explaining care of contact lenses. Dr. Mitchell was very nice and explained everything in great detail. I happened to have a tear in my retina that probably would not have been found if I had gone to another office that did not have the latest equipment. They very quickly set up an appointment with a specialist for me. I'm overall very pleased and actually looking forward to my next appointment. more

I work in the Stowe area and had a sharp pain in my eye. Several of my co-workers referred me to Dr. Bauman. They were able to see me very quickly. The service was fast and thorough so I scheduled my next eye exam with Dr. Bauman. more
