Review content:
There are very view places these days where you get outstanding customer service, but Dr. Bauman's office is not one of those places. The office staff was extremely helpful in picking out a pair of glasses and in explaining care of contact lenses. Dr. Mitchell was very nice and explained everything in great detail. I happened to have a tear in my retina that probably would not have been found if I had gone to another office that did not have the latest equipment. They very quickly set up an appointment with a specialist for me. I'm overall very pleased and actually looking forward to my next appointment.
