I was referred to Dr. Ramos from a dear friend of mine and last week was my first visit. It was just a cleaning for me and my daughter but I see why she insisted on me using your office. Dr. Ramos and her assistant are lovely people and I am happy to give your office our family's businesses. more

The customer care here was so great. I left feeling happy, and all of my nerves were calmed once I entered and began talking with them. I feel like they have gained a healthy confidence due to their professional work. more

After going i find that both vicky and jeanine, the staff, were friendly and professional, and i would be more than happy to go back at any point. Usually an appointment takes time to schedule, but this was not the case at all here. Pros: quick, good dentist more

Everyone whom I?ve meet was helpful. Jeannine (the secretary) is incredible. I couldn?t believe how quickly my usually sluggish insurance responded. Vicky is (the assistant) is so professional and precise; I know she really cares about the outcome of the procedures. I would absolutely refer friends and family. Highly recommend this dentist 4/30/2010

Every time I used to go to the dentist I would dread it because I would think of waiting in the waiting room, sitting in the chair, and taking hours just to pay and leave the dentist. When I started going to see Dr. Ramos I was shocked that there was actually a dentist who really meant that the appointment was at 11 am. She is quick and the receptionist is always ready to pay you out when your finished. Glad that I found a dentist who can really satisfy my needs. Pros: Immediate service, nice employees more

I didn't have to wait for long in the office, that was nice. They were very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. I got my teeth whitened in the office by Dr Ramos and she did an awesome job. Everyone says they see a difference in my smile. Pros: Great customer service Cons: n/a more

Very thorough, very efficient - great experience 6/12/2006

I'm usually not a big fan of dentists - ones I've visited in the past were either condescending or seemed too rushed to be helpful. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Ramos and I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. There was no wait between the time I arrived and when I was seen, Dr. Ramos spent plenty of time explaining what she was doing, why it was important, and how I could best care for my teeth in the future. She was friendly, professional and my visit to her office was an overall excellent experience. Her entire staff seemed happy to be working there as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ramos to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Triangle. Pros: Facilities/location, service, staff more
