Good: swift about faxing prescriptions to drug stores. Bad: waiting time, he wasnt detailed, he didnt give me time to ask questions, he idnt listen to her history even though she was a new patient. we had an app at 11:30 and didnt get in for an hour and home ! 115. The reception staff was rude and never there. they never anwser the phones.. Improvements: new reception people, more timely, more organized. a dr. that listens. Other: my kid had a weak immune system and was very sickly as a small child, she gets sick alot and he didnt seem to care about that.. more

Would recommend 9/16/2005

I don't agree that he is brusque- that means abrupt, curt, someone who cuts you off and doesn't want to listen to what you have to say, discourteous. Dr. Pat always took the time to listen to and talk about concerns. By all means if we had no questions he would leave- no idle chatter- other patients to see- but I've never thought that he was rude or that he was ever "discourteously blunt" which is what brusque means. He cares about the problem and the kids. For my 2nd child, he worked with us to avoid tubes in his ears. He calls back in a timely manner if we call with a question. He is never curt. He just doesn't chat. But he is a trustworthy, dependable doctor who will look out for the best interest of your child. more

Will take good care of your kids 8/18/2005

Dr. Pat, husband to Dr. Sue, is the third partner in the Main St. Clinic. He has seen my kids on several occasions and I was happy with his services. His office staff is friendly and timely which helps with two under the age of two! The offices are clean, there is a separate sick room, and the waiting rooms have toys for the kids. He may seem a bit brusk but I believe he has the best of intentions. more
