Dr Goulart at Goulart Family Chiropractic care has provided me excellent care after wrenching my back when I fell cleaning our pond in May 2012. Dr Goulart is dedicated to helping his patients discover the things they are doing that are causing their discomfort and delayed healing. Dr Goulart is about treating the injury and not just covering up the symptoms and giving temporary relief. I found him always encouraging me and determined to give me the adjustment, the information, and/ or the whole food supplements needed to promote my healing. I'm not one who likes to go to the Doctor and take any kind of pills. I feel I am getting my active, healthy life back and have learned a lot along the way.
