Yesterday was my first visit to Dr. Williams' office, and it won't be my last. His staff thoroughly checked my teeth, and found some issues that other dentists had never noticed.\r \r His staff is wonderful; they dont' rush you through your appointment, and explain as they go. My only complaint? Not enough time to enjoy all of the wonderful art on the walls. Maybe next time! Pros: Convenient; lots of parking more

I have recommended Dr. Williams to at least five of my friends and coworkers who have all taken my advice and gone to him. They all came back feeling the same way that I do about him - we think he is just the best. Stuart and his staff are kind, considerate and make you feel like you are their favorite client. Dr. Williams performs excellent dentistry work, which I'd expect from any dentist. But he and his entire staff far surpass expectations and make you feel comfortable, at home and--best of all--at ease. I have dreaded going to the dentist since I was a kid, but now I look forward to it!!!! Incredibly, there is no pain!!! I recommend him highly!!!!! Pros: No pain ever!! Cons: None!!! more

The sitting area in the office allows you to be relaxed and entertained until your appointment. The staff is always happy, friendly and they project a sense of welcoming that is settling and appreciative. The assistants introduce themselves to you when they come to greet you. They explain everything that is going on and are happy to answer your questions. No matter what your level of comfort is or isn't in a dentist's office...they will all make you feel safe, relaxed and appreciated. Dr. Williams work is excellent. He takes his time and is conservative, in that he won't do more than he has to, to make it right.\r You will be happy that you have him in your mouth!!! more

Stuart's tag line says it all. From the moment you walk through the door any fear of a dentist's office is wiped away...by the colorful modern waiting room to the individual flat screen tvs at every chair...you are in for an experience like no other dentist in Charlotte. Dr. Williams and his staff are personable and knowledgeable on the latest techniques in general and cosmetic dentistry. My smile has never looked better and my teeth are in excellent health. Stuart takes the times to explain every procedure and puts you at ease. He makes you look forward to going to the dentist.....never heard that before...well you never been to a dentist like this before !!! Working in television, my smile is very important. Thanks to Dr. Williams, I don't have to use my ""fake smile"" anymore! In addition to the beautiful and calming office, Dr. Williams and his staff are very friendly and personable and ACTUALLY care about their patients. I've lived in ten different states and been to so many different dentists and can HONESTLY say that Dr. Williams is the best! more

As soon as you walk through the door, from the atmosphere to the individuals that work at Stuart Williams, DDS, everything is beyond expectations. One feels more like they are entering a hig-end spa as opposed to a place where you get your pearly whites checked. And above and beyond the setting and friendly staff, the care and expertise of the staff is beyond reproach. Each dental visit is a great experience for me. It is the whole experience that means so much, such as: Dr Williams listening, examining, and rendering a thorough exam and treatment plan, taking into account allergies and phobias, he is so sensitive to making you visit be as painless and fearless as possible. The staff is so accommodating and kind. The Office is fantastic, I love watching TV while they are working on me or I am waiting on them to come work on me next. It helps take my mind off of the phobia I had growing up from previous dental visits.\r \r I switched to Dr Williams approximately 4 years ago and I complained of mild pain during a routine exam. It happened to be on a tooth with a crown and root canal, which shouldn't have hurt me, which by the way I complained to me previous Dentist for 2 years over the same pain. Dr Williams did allot of thorough x-rays and found an abscess in the bone above my tooth. He sent me to a specialist and I had another root canal and I have no more pain. IT bothered me that my previous Dentist would listen to me the patient, rather Dr Williams said if I was having pain there was something wrong and he would figure it out. AND HE DID! I appreciate the fact that Dr Williams is such a good listener and then he knows how to examine and get the right treatment plan. I even felt much better once the infection was cleared up and my headaches went away that I thought were sinus related. I highly recommend Dr Williams obviously.\r Pros: Great Dental care in a calm and caring environment , resulting in quality dentistry at its finest. more

This was by far my best dental experience to date. The office is amazing and Dr. Williams and his staff go out of their way to make their patients as comfortable as possible. I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Pros: Two Thmbs Up!! more

I love Stuats staff and office. Far from mundane. The decor is great, there are TV's to watch so you don't just sit in the chair while getting your services. Dr. Williams is also a great people person and is very engergic and fun to visit. Pros: great atmosphere more

This dentist is nothing short of superb! I came from the generation of people who are mostly afraid of dentists and dread going to them. Dr. Williams' office is pleasant to walk into, the staff are cordial and HE is phenomenal! When was the last time you looked at a dentist, asked a cosmetic question, and he said, ""Yeah, you could do that , but I wouldn't recommend it."" THAT is Stuart Williams. He looks out for the health of your teeth AND what's best for you overall. Now...lest you think that he's a slacker with regard to the appearance of the end product and your image, allow me to go you one further. He's a perfectionist if there ever was one. So, for those of us who have a tendency to become ""cosmetically addicted"" he won't allow it. He has the hutzpah to flat tell you what you should and shouldn't do AND the reasons behind it. . Dr. Williams is an incredible dentist. One of the first things that strikes you is that his office is spacious, hight-tech, and was created with the comfort and care of the client in mind. His office staff is also extremely kind and courteous, and make it easy to use your insurance benefits, schedule appointments, etc. \r \r All of these things are great, but the most important thing is they type of care you receive and Dr. William's knowledge and expertise. He takes his time in assessing your situation, and sets aside time to sit down and talk to you to explain your treatment. Even if you're just getting a teeth cleaning, he makes the time to discuss any concerns you may have and talk about different treatment options. Every time I leave his office I feel like I've gotten personalized care and that they care about me as a patient, not just a number. \r \r Another great thing is when I broke a tooth, Dr. William's staff fit me in to his schedule with 20 minutes notice and they took care of my problem that day! Dr. William's even called to check on me later that day. It's rare in this day of commercialized healthcare and HMOs to receive this type of personalized service.\r \r Can't say anything but the greatest things about Dr. Williams. Have you ever thought that maybe you are not supposed to smile? That it was not worth because your smile was horrible? That in every picture you should close your mouth and just smile the best you can? Well.. I did for most of my 30 years of life since i was unlucky with bad and fragile teeth.\r \r One day i met Dr. Williams and he told me I should go and see him.\r \r To make the long story short, I can now smile with confidence. I went through many procedures and never felt better as I was doing something for myself. Dr. Williams gave me the smile my friends and family now see in pictures. His amazing staff are more like good friends for the patients, always with a smile, good stories and giving everyone a good feeling of Welcome!\r \r I never have time to watch TV during the day, I can at Dr. Williams office while they work on my teeth. I always look forward to my time a Dr. Williams office. It is as if I am catching up with old friends. Since the staff is so friendly, any dental fears seem to disappear. Dr. Williams has performed the most dental work on me than any other dentist. Every procedure is explained and carried out with efficiency. \r \r Dr Williams has provided me with excellent service and advice on the health & care of my teeth between my visits with him. I haven't been to a dentist in 6 years because of a horrible experience that I had while i was younger. This other dentist and hygenist scared me so much that I never went back. Well...I finally decided it was time to get my teeth checked again so I went to Dr. Williams, finding him through my insurance. Well...I have to say that that was the best move I ever made and even called my insurance to thank them. The hygenist I saw, Chris, was so friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel bad at all about not having had my teeth cleaned in years. She talked me through my fears and i felt calm as soon as i sat down with her. This might have been also from the office which is really cool and could double as a club with its atmosphere. Finally I met Dr. Williams and he is a cute friendly guy with a good sense of humor and a calming attitude. He was very knowledgable and when it came time to numb me up for my deep cleaning that I had to have...he was so gentle that I barely felt it. I had to go back a second time for the other half of my mouth for the cleaning...and didn't mind at all. I just want to say that the whole staff, including the receptionist and the office manager are helpful and friendly, going over my treatment plan, etc. So...go to Dr. Williams. YOu is a great dentist...and he and his assistant aren't bad on the eyes either!!!! Pros: comforting, knowledgable Cons: can't think of one more
