I'm always impressed that Dr. Blauer takes the time to review my file before each appointment and makes it seem as if we met just a month ago (though sometimes it's months between appointments). He answers my questions thoroughly, and the nurses spend as much time as you need going over all the details. They are understanding of how difficult infertility is and really show that they care. more

Dr. Hatasaka is very thorough in explaining information to his patients, as well as giving you extensive background history on tests and issues with infertility. He remained extremely positive throughout the entire interview. Very pleasant to work with.--Jill and Chris G. more

Dr. Heiner seemed extremely knowledgable and considerate. He was very kind and sympathetic to our situation as we're the nurses we talked with! The only thing I would have changed is when we went over our plan with the nurse, it was fast but didn't seem to confusing at the time! However a few weeks later as we are getting close to implementing the plan, it has been difficult to decipher all of the abbreviated words, tests, meds, dates, etc. they are all just abbreviated and it has been hard to understand long after we first talked. Although they did give a number to call for questions, I think I could have remembered better if more of the plan had been fully spelled out. Sounds dumb probably, but would have been helpful.
