Dr. Heiner seemed extremely knowledgable and considerate. He was very kind and sympathetic to our situation as we're the nurses we talked with! The only thing I would have changed is when we went over our plan with the nurse, it was fast but didn't seem to confusing at the time! However a few weeks later as we are getting close to implementing the plan, it has been difficult to decipher all of the abbreviated words, tests, meds, dates, etc. they are all just abbreviated and it has been hard to understand long after we first talked. Although they did give a number to call for questions, I think I could have remembered better if more of the plan had been fully spelled out. Sounds dumb probably, but would have been helpful. Other than that our experience was really great!--Sarah Larsen
