This is a review for Dr James Chan regarding Asian blepharoplasty. I was searching for a doctor to correct inconsistencies between my two eyes, and I am so glad I chose Dr Chan. I was searching for a doctor with great bedside manner (I believe that if someone is approachable, they will deliver upon what YOU want, which is extremely important in this situation), someone with experience (I felt my eyes were complicated as they were 'inconsistently asymmetric'), and someone who would perform this procedure without heavy anesthesia (we used local) to greatly reduce risk. He listened to me and absolutely delivered by fixing the asymmetry and deepening my barely-there folds yet leaving me with a natural-looking appearance. I can't say enough about his staff; Kayla, who cheerfully helped me with all of my crazy (re-)scheduling and questions, and Yvonne, who assisted Dr Chan during the initial consult and during the procedure. Dr Chan was available 24/7 via his personal cell phone, and did everything in his power to accommodate my needs. Everyone made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I couldn't believe how simple the procedure was with Dr Chan, and I am just so thrilled with the results. My highest recommendations go to Dr Chan and staff at Reviance! more

I had a facelift done by Dr. Chan over a year ago and I am very happy with my result. I am so glad I decided to have him do it. He is patient, kind, compassionate, and a very gifted surgeon. His office and staff are wonderful and supportive. I will be going back to him for laser treatments very soon. It was amazing. Olesya, my Esthetician, was gentle and thorough. Her serious treatments truly felt like a facial. I also had Xeomin (Botox) with Dr. Chan. He is a very nice, kind man, who took his time with me. I was very impressed with his entire staff. I will be back! more

Dr. Chan is an amazing surgeon. He helped repair my son’s face after a dogbite injury. It has been several months now and there are no scars present. My son’s face looked horrible after the injury—it was initially repaired at an urgent care and became infected. Dr. Chan saw him in the office and fixed the problem right away. I can’t thank him enough. I would highly recommend him. more

Dr Chan performed medical related surgery for me in May and Aug of 2013. I originally saw him for cosmetic surgery and he detected something abnormal in my neck. Because he detected this problem I have since been treated for cancer and thanks to his early detection, am now in remission. My cosmetic surgery may be on hold but, he quite frankly may have saved my life. more

Warning: DO NOT go to Dr.Chan for injectable fillers (such as juvederm or radiesse, etc)! You will regret it!!! He left me with lumps and bumps on my face- even after a month; I still have ugly lumps and bumps! While I am not one to leave negative reviews, I hope to help prevent others from experiencing what I've been through, because of him. Stay away! more
