I have been working with Dr. Jacquie and her team for over a year now. This is my second time having braces. The first time was 10 years ago and only took 9 months total. My teeth were perfectly straight. I was not the best at wearing my retainer, hence having to get Invisalign on my top and braces again on my bottom. My dentist recommended me to Dr. Jacquie. Quite honestly, I am changing dentists now due to the bad referral. I have had nothing but a dishonest and unaccommodating experience with Dr. Jacquie and her team. \r

To start off I had to push Dr. Jacquie to do braces on the bottom, even after she explained to me that Invisalign does not get your teeth 100% straight (Invisalign is pricier than braces). I opted for Invisalign on the top as I only had a gap between my two front teeth. She also promised to be able to push my two front teeth up into the root to bring them level with the other teeth. This has not been the case. However, she has managed to over rotate my Top Right #7 anterior, same tooth one of her assistants stipped bonding off of. I now have to go out of pocket to get my bonding redone, as well as try to convince Dr. Jacquie to fix the over rotation. This has been my experience thus far. I state my concerns, of which go dismissed or receive a snippy reply by a staff member of Dr. Jacquie. Dr. Jacquie at least smiles as she dismisses my concerns. \r

I am now in the position where I have seeked a second opinion. My concerns were validated. Not only did she over rotate my top tooth, but she has also managed to unlevel my bottom teeth. In order to get the leveling even again, she pushed my bottom teeth forward, ruining my bite. This only after she recommended filing my teeth to level them. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! She has created a scenario where she will now have to file between my lower left #26, in order to correct (or attempt to correct) what she has done on my lower teeth. I am in a worse position than going in. \r

I would not recommend Dr. Jacquie unless you are in the need of a Sales Pitch as the promises are undelivered. I have made several attempts to give her the opportunity to fix what she has done, yet my confidence in her fixing it is next to zero. I really do believe money means more to Dr. Jacquie than her patient's satisfaction.
