I saw this Dr and was given a contact lens prescription. He ordered a trial pair and when I tried them on, I could not see the board in his office. He then asked me if I could see out of my (3 year old) current glasses and then proceeded to alter the next RX. He wrote out another one, this time for lenses which would cost almost $300. I asked what if they don't work, he stated ""They will"". As the new lenses were so much more than the cost of monthly's, I had to wait until I had the money to buy them. I received my very expensive contacts and guess what, they are too strong!!! I tried to call them on many occasions (like 4-5 times in a day) and no answer and no way to leave messages and hence why I did not have second fitting right away. I called to request an appointment so I could exchange my lenses (Eyemasters said they would do this if they are not correct) and guess what?? He told me I have tot PAY for another contact lens fitting appointment!!! This man not only gave me 2 RX's which were wrong, now when I try to get it corrected so I haven't lost all this money ($100 for contact appointment + $260 for lenses) he wants MORE money! I am on disability and do not have this type of money and am very upset with service, ability to provide a prescription which is actually correct and their greed. I would avoid this place if you can. Very sad to be treated this way and more so, that I have been duped out of all of this money.
