Worst

It gets old when you arrive early for an appointment and have to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. I'm not sure what happened over the years with the quality of the new hires....

Overall care 8/10/2011

It gets old when you arrive early for an appointment and have to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. I'm not sure what happened over the years with the quality of the new hires. Not the same dental office I once knew where I used to be seen on time and the staff truly cared about the service they provided. It is no longer welcoming and a bit uncomfortable, especially when the hygienist spends an entire hour trying to figure out why my gums are red and proceeds to diagnose the situation as poor health and possibly heart related. more

Great Dentist 7/20/2011

I really have nothing but good things to say about my dental appointment yesterday. Everything from my interview to my actual exam was great with Mr. Grabiak. He was honest, thorough, and attentive to all my needs. His team was great as well everyone from the front desk person to the person who took care of my insurance. I was impressed and excited. :) Looking forward to begin my dental care here. more

Preparation to replace old bridge 7/13/2011

Although the appt. took longer than expected because of a difficult tooth condition. both the dentist and assistant took extra care to ensure I was comfortable and pain-free during the procedure. Taking time to give me a little "breather" from the intense dental work also helped me get through the long appointment. more

Not my favorite 7/12/2011

I was disappointed. Everyone was extra friendly, but full of it. I think you should be careful comparing receding gum lines to heart problems! There's a huge difference, and should not be used as a metaphor. Too much BS for me. But again, everyone was very nice. Oh, and just a note, if the hygienist is going home sick, you might want to just tell the patient when they first get there. That way they don't have to wait around for 30 minutes to then only see the doctor, and then spring it on them that they have to reschedule for their cleaning! Not very professional in my opinion. more

Great overall experience! 7/8/2011

Great experience overall! I called that morning and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. The personal attention was great and all of the people I spoke with in the office were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Not to mention I felt like they were right on top of things when dealing with my insurance plan, dental history and payment. This will be my new Dentist for sure! more

I actually enjoy going to the dentist now that I found Dr Grabiak and his amazing group. Dr Grabiak is very patient and I have complete faith in his work because it looks beautiful and always feels great, unlike my last office. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. more

Did I go to the Dentist? 6/14/2011

Most people associate going to the dentist with pain and suffering. That is not so with Dr. Grabiak and his wonderful staff. They have the lightest touch and make the experience almost pleasant (it is still the dentist afterall.) When you walk out the door, you know you are ready to face the world for another 6 months with your best smile forward. more

Everyone was extremely nice, and my mouth didn't hurt all day. I hadn't been to a dentist in too long, so I was expecting the worst. I am now excited to go back to the great staff and Dr. Grabiak. more

From the moment I called to make an appointment I had a feeling this was an office that took pride in the way they treated their patients. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was right there making sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. I had a pretty bad experience with a previous dentist but with Dr. Guy Grabiak he took his time to hear my concerns, he made me feel that he was truly interested in what my concerns were and what was my ultimate goal. It was a wonderful experience! more
