By far the best doctor I have seen in a LONG time. Dr. Cosgrove is prompt, efficient and kind. He spent 45 minutes with me discussing my situation and options, when I know for a fact that doctors are docked pay if they spend more than 15 minutes with a patient. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone.
