My first impression of the office was cool. It seemed like a place young people would like to go to get braces. The office people were ok, not overly helpful or overly friendly, but ok. The Doctors were very friendly, especially Dr. Tottenham! Dr. Jennings sat and talked to us about the treatment plan, and he was very nice!! I would have to say I give the office 4 stars. It would be 5 if the other office employees were just a little more attentive and warm. more

. I recognize everyone. All of you did a fabulous job on a total disaster as far as my teeth situation. Initially I didn't hold out much hope for the condition of my teeth. After 3 1/2 years of braces an implant and a permanent bridge I can at least smile again without being embarassed. I can't thank all of you enough for putting up with me. I would certainly recommend all of the staff anytime. more

Dr. Jennings and his staff are amazing! No, really...amazing!! I can honestly say that! My daughter went from having a mangled mess of teeth to having the most beautiful smile around! Not only does he do a magnificent job of straightening teeth, he is the nicest person you will ever want to meet. His staff is wonderful and always greets you with a smile. I recommend his office to everyone I meet and will continue to do so. I've never had such a pleasant experience in any doctor's office! more

One of the best team organizations I have ever experienced! Everybody knows their role and always has their "A" game on. Using a basketball analogy: we come bouncing in, they deftly grab us and take us through a perfectly practiced play that scores with a smooth lay-up. Excellent care and concern for patient. Flexible office locations. Contacting office for appointments/confirmation was previously an issue since lunch hours are long and usually when a parent had time to check up on personal matters but their web site resolved this communication issue and is very user friendly and intuitive. Very patient, knowledgeable and caring orthodontists. I highly recommend their practice more

Dr. Jennings has been great with my 7 yr old son. He was very hesitant about getting his expander last fall. Dr. Jennings was very calm and explained everything on his level. Dr. Jennings, the nurses and the office staff are all very kind, patient and super helpful!! :) more
