I was recommended to come to Dr. G's office through a family member. My son stayed stressed the entire week about coming. So when we got there he was naturally sad. We got called back and he got very upset. Immediately all the assistants and office help began talking to him calming him down. They offered him a toy from the "treasure chest". They all really took their time in teaching him about teeth and going the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. Dr. G was even invited to his birthday party!I don't do surveys or reviews but this was an experience that deserved it and their entire team did an outstanding job. By far the best customer service experience that I have ever encountered! more

Dr. G prepped me with novacaine; small pinch. Felt no pain throughout the procedure. Fitted my temporary crown. Attached the temp crown, it fit very well. Went back to work and finished my workday. 3 days later, have had no pain & would recommend Dr. G to anyone looking for a dentist. Thanks Dr. G more

Dr. Gibberman can manage to take something rough as getting teeth filled and turning it into an enjoyable experience! My son is 6 years old and just went back for his 2nd 2 fillings... he likes Dr Gibberman so much he was excited about going (i know sounds crazy). That just shows you the type of personality he has along with skills. I would recommend anyone to his practice! Very pleased with him!! more

To leave one's medical support system of over ten years behind after relocation from CA is more unsettling than I had unticipated. Maybe it is because I am not the youngest anymore and health preservation becomes so much more important. My Dentist in CA was my certain lifeline for dental/gum preservation. After being here in VA for a while, I could not further delay seeking dental care. I carefully researched the internet. Dr. Avi Gibberman fit the profile I was looking for. My experience at my first visit was beyond my expectation. I immediately sensed a warm but professional atmosphere in a very clean, refreshing environment. Right away I felt I was at the right place. While carefully but thoroughly assessing my dental health, reviewing the history and health records, Dr. Gibberman's expertise, experience and love for his profession was obvious. That energy gave me the trust that I am in the best care I could have hoped for. And, it is as important to me how he genuinely interacts with his staff. There was an obvious mutual respect, especially between the Dental Hygienist who carefully continued the gum care my Dental Hygenist of ten years had to turn over. I can only highly recommend this office and feel certain that my impression of my first visit will not fade. more
