I was recommended to come to Dr. G's office through a family member. My son stayed stressed the entire week about coming. So when we got there he was naturally sad. We got called back and he got very upset. Immediately all the assistants and office help began talking to him calming him down. They offered him a toy from the "treasure chest". They all really took their time in teaching him about teeth and going the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. Dr. G was even invited to his birthday party!I don't do surveys or reviews but this was an experience that deserved it and their entire team did an outstanding job. By far the best customer service experience that I have ever encountered!
