I have never found an air duct specialist I could trust like the Dr. Air Duct , LLC. They are great and professional.

Anybody notice how generic their positive reviews are? Probably that is because this company sucks. They damaged our floors and walls. Put us on hold for 30 days and then claimed ...

Best Duct Cleaning in Atlanta 4/6/2011

They use a soft spinning brush to clean my vents. after the cleaning they disinfect all the vents and the HVAC unit with organic solution. My home smell great. Thanks Doctor Air Duct for a great duct cleaning. more

Atlanta's Best Duct Cleaning 6/22/2010

My experience with Dr. Air Duct Cleaning was very good. They not only had a great price, they also provided us with a great new high efficiency system. Very Good Job Cleaning 5/24/2010

I'm glad it was him doing the work, not me. We moved into a home that housed quite a few pests and there was hair everywhere. Dr. Airduct did a great job cleaning out the ducts and removing the hair. Now the only fur is from our own two , sweet dogs. Pros: I sat is chair and watched more

Cleanest Vent in Town 5/11/2010

My dryer vent was getting clogged and my dry wasn't working well at all. My co-worker suggested cleaning the vent so I called this company. The guys were very professional and offered suggestions for my home. I liked the added advise. Great company! Pros: Good service more

Helped my allergies 5/5/2010

I found this company to be very helpful and their service was excellent. I had allergy issues in my home and after carpet and duct cleaning I feel so much better! I will call them again in two years when it's again time to clean my AC system. Pros: Very helpful more

Great Quality of Service 5/5/2010

I must say that I have never experienced such quality customer service as I did with this company. I had a major issue with one of my neighbors. His house is next to mine and every time he does some sort of carpentry project or other, sawdust seems to blow into my ducts and straight into the house. I was having real breathing issues and went to the doctor and all they could do was give me some sort of allergy medicine. I did not know what to do to get it out of my house. Then I realized it was coming in through the ducts and my air ducts needed to be cleaned. I checked around and found Dr. Air duct by doing a Google search for air duct companies in the Atlanta area. I checked out their reviews and was impressed, so the rest is history. I am one satisfied customer and my house is breathable again. Great prices and very nice technicians. I would like to share my opinion of the wonderful experience I had with the cleaning crew of Dr. Air Duct. The customer service is the best I ever had. I had many questions and concerns before the air duct cleaning. Every other company I called didn't take the time to answer my questions. The receptionist and cleaners from Dr. Air Duct were patient and understanding with me. The cleaning was done to perfection. I could not have asked for more. Pros: Took the time with me to answer all my questions more

This Was A Good Experience 3/1/2010

This is the second time I have used this company. I hired them to clean my dryer vent and they were about fiftheen minutes late this time. When they arrieved at my house they worked quickly and gave me a discount. I had a good experience with them. Pros: Good Service Cons: Had to wait a little this time more

We are trying to find out if our fireplaces can be reopened, fixed and used, or how best to make them usable (eg - fireplace inserts). This was indicated to the folks by phone and in person. The ""inspector"" did not get on the roof to look at the chimney, or into the attic to check it out. He didn't even look at the fireplace on the first floor, or into the chimney on the second floor, which would have required taking some weather-blocker out...not difficult. He told me I should get my basement water-proofed. How is this related to the fireplace situation, exactly? He did say the fireplace box was too small for actual fires (which is suspect from the start as the house was built in 1915 and the fireplaces would have been a major source of heat at the time). He was pleasant, but not at all helpful.j For this I paid $80. Pros: Folks were friendly Cons: Did very little actual inspecting more

Dr. Airduct is good. I don't have a lot of time to go on and on about how remarkable their service is, but I would like to spread the word. Pass this along to your family and friends. They came out a week ago and took care of my mom;s dryer. They cleaned out all the dirt and lint that could have started a fire. She is up in age and can't do a lot for herself. Best duct cleaning in Atlanta 2/18/2009

This is Omry here. I needed my ducts cleaned. My wife had constant problems breathing, little did I know that the ducts were clogged. Dr. Airduct was recommended. I called this company and they sent two guys out the next morning. They showed us the problem and now my wife can breathe easier. Even the dogs are more energetic. more

Thanks for saving my coil 12/8/2008

I had Joey come out and clean my ducts and I was well pleased. He also cleaned my coil that was 95% stopped up. Joey explained if it was not cleaned soon, I was going to have to replace it and possible the whole a/c unit. Pros: Able to fit us in his busy schedule. more

What a nightmare 11/27/2008

We called Dr. Duct after reading reviews on citysearch and scheduled an appointment for the next day to have our air ducts cleaned. They showed up 2 hours late and were in and out of my house in a whirlwind in just an hour. They left a mess on my new floors and marks on my walls from their cleaning equipment. I don't think I got my money's worth because when I went to change the filter yesterday it was very dirty. There was paper and other trash on the filter, this stuff should have been removed by the cleaning I would think. After further inspection with a flashlight I found more trash inside the duct that leads up to the filter and parts of the big square duct still had dust on the sides and top. I called Dr. Duct twice with my concerns and to date have not recieved a call back. Stay away from these guys. Cons: Bad workmanship, Bad customer service more
