We called Dr. Duct after reading reviews on citysearch and scheduled an appointment for the next day to have our air ducts cleaned. They showed up 2 hours late and were in and out of my house in a whirlwind in just an hour. They left a mess on my new floors and marks on my walls from their cleaning equipment. I don't think I got my money's worth because when I went to change the filter yesterday it was very dirty. There was paper and other trash on the filter, this stuff should have been removed by the cleaning I would think. After further inspection with a flashlight I found more trash inside the duct that leads up to the filter and parts of the big square duct still had dust on the sides and top. I called Dr. Duct twice with my concerns and to date have not recieved a call back. Stay away from these guys.
