Couple of times now 7/18/2010

I've been there a couple of times, and appreciate being able to sit inside a movie house and enjoy the atmosphere. The seats are cramped for a big guy like me, however I was able to see everything with no distractions from the people ahead of me. The $10.50 for the largest popcorn & soda (even with the free refill option) was terrible....the hulls were tiny; felt like the whole bowl was crumbs, and I didn't want to disturb the people in the seats next to us during the movie to get better popcorn. This isn't the first time either, a change would be recommended on the popcorn vendor used! Pros: Current releases Cons: seats/popcorn more

Great theater. Always shows a good variety of movies. Nice staff. The midnight sneaks are fun to go to with big groups of friends. Parking right across the street. Pros: Easy parking, nice staff, great selection more

This place is terrible 4/11/2008

This is the worst theater I have ever seen. The seating is terrible if anyone sits in front of you their head is directly in your view. You have to look around their head during the entire movie. more

Downtown Centre Cinema 12/9/2005

It's a very nice theater. It always shows the most popular movies that are out. Over-all, though, it's like any other theater you'll find in a city. The seats are okay, I've seen better. And it's always freezing cold, so bring a jacket. Or even two. Pros: good movies, concession stand Cons: expensive, cold more

The Ampitheatre of SLO 5/25/2002

This theatre I believe is one of the best theatres in all of California. There is a parking garage right across the street with restaruants all around. This theater also has the best selection of movies. Pros: Great snack bar, great selection, great building more
