Oil Change & Tires Rotated Great Job! 12/7/2013

Cami , Mike, and the Tech Team got our 2009 Toyota Prius in and back out in a jiffy as usual. Why go any place else for service this fast and friendly? The new Michelin All Season Radial Tires are quiet and hold the road like glue! Hutcheson Seeding Services Inc. gets all it's tire work done here for a reason........super service and fair prices! more

Slow leak repaired 11/11/2013

We experienced a slow leak on one of the tires. The crew cleaned the bead and sent us on our way--No Charge! (Of course, we did buy the tires there.) more

New tires for our 2009 Toyota Prius 11/6/2013

Kami and Mike got us a great rebate on our new all season Michelins. The techs also got our new tires installed and we were out the door in less than an hour and as usual we had them serviced with nitrogen, that's a vital step to ward off inflation problems especially coming into the Iowa winter. Team Downey is consistently the best at speed and friendliness and we sincerely appreciate that with the busy schedule we keep with our personal and commercial equipment. Thanks folks!!! K. L. Disappointed 10/29/2013

$700 in new tires and they were checked from technician deflating completely under full weight of the vehicle to put nitrogen in them because they "forgot" to do it when the tires were mounted on the rims. Couldn't this have been done before the tires were mounted on the vehicle? It's not like the nitrogen fill was added after the tires were already on the vehicle. It was part of the original work order. Also, I would like just one time to not have oil and grease stains left on the steering wheel, inside door handles, etc I will never allow Kevin to work on my vehicle again. Is this how they treat there own personal vehicles? more
