REALLY long wait! No explanation or apology for the time warp. No coffee/cappuccino.

Customer Satisfaction 9/3/2013

I stopped in Saturday 8/31 around 11:30 for an oil change and didn't realize the store was scheduled to close early (12pm) for the Labor Day holiday weekend. The store was busy as usual and I didn't think there would be time to get me in. I checked to see and the guys were more than willing to get me in. I really appreciate the "no problem" attitude and even though the doors were closed before the work was done they made sure to give me the same quality and time without a problem. I felt guilty for keeping them late but none of the guys acted like they were in a hurry to get me out of the way and instead gave me the classic service I have been used to from Downey Tire! Thank you! more

Very pleased with the visit. On my way home from work I stoppedi in 35 minutes before closing and was not turned away for the oil change. Thank you for the eonderful srrvice! more
