They worked with us in getting them fixed. I would like to say. I viewed a property that was not in real good shape while the tenants were vacating. The showing agent Diane was so kind. I rescheduled my viewing and the home was amazing! I signed a lease and had a few minor maintenance issues to Bonnie and she was very professional and followed up to make sure our items were taken care of. Bonnie you are awesome! Stephanie Campbell and staff practice racist unfair unequal housing practices. I called and asked if a property was available and they told me they had stopped showing the property because they had a pending application on it. I was looking in the same area for another For Rent sign I'd seen recently and there was Stephanie showing the house to another prospective tenant. I had my blonde girlfriend Cindy call and ask about the same property and they told her it was available and scheduled a showing for her. It was just like the commercials you hear from HUD on the radio. Incredible that this is still happening in the year 2009. I finally found a property that I wanted that unfortunately Dowling managed. I completed an application and found out they require a full deposit before they will even accept your application plus a $40 application fee. I paid the $1400 deposit and the application fee. The clerk at the front desk told me it would be two business days. I drove by the property th more
