Great Park 8/21/2005

This is a Local park that is beautiful. If you like rare plants or just beautiful scenery this is a great place to come and relax. I love the waterfall and the river that runs through the park as well as the bridges that go over the river. There are a lot of different areas to look at and its always impecably groomed. more

Amazing garden attraction 8/18/2005

Dow Gardens is one of my favorite spots in Midland. It is an amazing display of trees and flowers and landscape. I think it is over 100 acres! A GREAT place for taking pictures for prom, weddings, family groups. The admission is fairly inexpensive: Adults $5 daily, or $10 annual card. Children 6 and up only $1.00. I try to get there at least a couple times a year...a must for anyone visiting Midland. more

Gardens 7/29/2005

The Dow Gardens in Midland is beautiful. They have many activities going on during the year, so call ahead to see what's happening. This is a great family activity and could also be an educational experience for the young and old. Schools often take field trips to the Dow Gardens.This is a great place to spend the day. more
