Was sold a Maintenance Contract with my new vehicle. Finance guy Jon says he ""forgot"" to print out the contract. He nearly charge me $1295 for a Service Contract with no Contract. Then when I went to use the Maintenance plan 6 months later for my oil and tire rotation. The mechanic did not rotate my tires. He did not forget, he did not know I was on the Total Advantage Maintenance plan. So sales tries to steal $1295 from me, and Service communicates with their mechanics via pigeon, Morse code or, cups and string, because the ""Mechanic did not know I had a Total Maintenance Plan."" How does that happen? Then after an hour on a scheduled appointment, my car is still sitting in the parking lot not being worked on. I decide to go home and wait. They finally bring my car to me, and the Mazda Mechanic driving my car to my house has a Cafe Latte in his hand as if he just went joy riding in my car to Starbucks. Then I see that my tires are not rotated and I have to drive back to the Mazda dealer again to let them know after 3 hours of waiting for a tire rotation and oil change(both routine stuff), they did not rotate my tires.\r \r GRADES Sales: F, Service: F. IF I could go lower than 1 star I would. Sales people are uneducated and clueless, most do not even know what SkyActiv is. Service people don't communicate well with mechanics. They are slow and messy, they left grease spilled all over my door jams. more

Very attentive knowledgable Staff. They make you feel like an old friend. Treat me with respect and take time to listen to my concerns about problems with car and not rush me through just to get to the next person.. Asked questions to be sure to check all possible causes of problem. Very accommodating to fit me in on the day and time for my work schedule. Also, provided a free service loaner.. Great Bonus. more

Doug's Hyundai has the best deals, I drive 45+ miles and yes I'm still saving $. In a few months it will be even better when they open their new location in April (less than a mile). In/out oil changes and free car wash w/service. Make sure you check out their online coupons. more

Can't seem to do what I ask 1/29/2014

Keep asking for Blue Link "Service Due" notification reset. Keep getting the notification in my car, on my phone, and in my email. Not sure why this isn't something I can do myself, but it sure is a hassle when I have to take time off work and arrange for my own alternate transportation to get my car to the shop, and then this simple task is not done...time after time. more

My new vehicle had a faulty battery. Service insured that not only was it replaced under my warranty but the ran diagnostics of the vehicle to make sure there were no other issues. more

Doug's Hyundai is the best place -- very knowledgeable and friendly staff who will explain everything and not overcharge you. I received free labor when they installed new wiper blades, because the blades cost a little more than originally quoted -- seemed like a fair deal. I enjoy coming to Doug's, because I trust that they will take care of my vehicle and not add extra expenses for no apparent reason (something I have experienced in the past at other dealers). They're great! more

I just wish we did all problems fix in the dealership but they want us to make another appointment for oil change. I hate recall especially when you are paying much money for the car. I wish to have more explanation on the warranty that we really did not use at all. I might just be so perfectionist coz I always get an excellent feedback towards my customer. I deal with warranties at my current job too so I always spend extra time to let my customers know about their benefits. more

Stay Informed\r \r Lets start at the beginning, stories always have 3 sides... Our side their side and somewhere in the middle the truth. I walked into the showroom with my family told the salesman that my daughter had bought a car here and suggested we take a look. We looked around and took a CX9 for a test drive, liked the car. To shorten the story we informed the sales person we had plans and set a time limit to purchase the car. We were assured that they could accommodate us, we informed them we could come back tomorrow, but they insisted they could have it done on time. Well 2 hours late for our appointment and they were just taking the car into the back to be detailed. As we are getting to leave 3 hours late, the salesman says send us a buyer and we will give you a cash award. I asked about my daughter and he said no she will not get anything. I informed him then why on earth would I want to send you someone. After delaying my family, then not up holding your deal to reward someone for sending them to you. He looked surprised… I do not know why.\r \r Service dept. My wife took the car in for the A/C not working on drivers side and transmission seeping fluid, she informed me she felt like she was treated poorly, looked down on. I went to pick up car after they had it for 2 days and the A/C still did not work. They had to keep it another day to fix the work of the previous mechanic. We were informed that they found no transmission leak. When I performed the next oil change I saw the transmission was weeping again. Took it in to them and the next day they claimed they found nothing. I had them put the car on the lift and I had to show them where the leak was, they nodded and agreed to fix it. There is more..... But I am tired of typing. If you throw your money at them for useless maintenance issues they love you. Go in with real maintenance issues and I feel they pressure for you to accept an issue.\r more

I recently went to Doug's Lynnwood Hyundai to shop for a new car. I wasn't that familiar with all the models so I went in without a lot of information. I was immediately helped by a very pretty lady, who showed me all the current models and the differences between them all. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them. more
