Sunny was very informative about this vehicle, how it rated against its competitors. This vehicle offers good gas mileage and good safety rating, which was a major concern for me and my girl friend. She worked hard to stay with my budget and most importantly have me the car that I wanted. more

Me and my husband recently purchased a new Genesis Coup at Doug's Hyundai in Lynnwood. First off, I would like to say car shopping with my husband is not the ""easiest"" thing to do HOWEVER our salesperson, RAY WILKERSON made the experience such an enjoyable experience that I no longer ""dread"" car shopping. RAY was extremeley knowledgeable about the car, provided my husband all the key facts to make him comfortable and made me less stressed. RAY is such a people person who is very courteous, attentive and very friendly. I feel like RAY is now a part of our family and would HIGHLY recommend him and Doug's Hyundai in Lynwood. Professionalism to the utmost. I will continue to return to this dealership and ask for RAY WILKERSON ALL THE TIME!!! What an asset to the car dealership business. MY WIFE'S SIGNATURE WAS FORGED AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! For an extended warranty contract and who knows what else, when I complained not even an apology received, we asked for the Corporate Office to call us with an explanation and it has been over a month and no one has contacted us.\r \r We trusted this people, we bought 2 cars from them, we send them referrals because it was ""the best purchase experience with no hassle"" (thanks God they did not buy) yeah, no hassle but full of felonies.\r \r Even in my case, the Finance guy told me that it was a condition from Hyundai Financing to finance my second car, that I had to sign one of those extended warranty contracts and I did it trusting them. Then when I was reading the documentation it is very explicit that the warranties are not sold as conditions to obtain financing.\r \r Now we are going to file the complaint with the WA Attorney General's office and also we are going to file a Police Report, we do not know if my wife's identity is being used somewhere else for who knows what.\r \r One more time, STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR ID SAFE!!!!!!!!!!! more

My wife and I were very happy with the attention Ray gave us without ever feeling like we were being given the ""hard sell"". Ray was awesome, and these guys were great. After having major issues at a dealership up the street, these guys were super friendly and took care of me. When we were getting ready to do the financing, we found out my credit score was 60 points lower than it had been the day before, when I had gone to the other dealership. I almost couldn't get the financing I needed because of this, but Ray and Troy took the time to find me a bank that got me a great rate anyway. I will definitely go back and recommend everyone I know check these guys out if they are looking for a car. more

*PLEASE READ* I had the MOST amazing experience at Doug's Hyundai in Lynnwood. I was on a very tight budget and looked and looked for a car. Most dealerships and smaller car lots were rude, unprofessional and all about making the $. As a consumer, and a business women I understand they need a profit, what I do not understand is how many of them flat out rip you off and at the end of the day they just do not care about their clients. Sound familiar? I hate car shopping, and after my experience at Doug's Hyundai I look forward to it again! They were all about the customer, no haggling- listened to my situation and my budget for a vehicle. They made it happen and made literally NOTHING on my deal. I drove away in my new (used) car. If that was not enough to make me happy- upon a car inspection their were minor things wrong and the manager Kyu took care of everything at their cost! I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and making me feel valued each step of the way. They truly CARE about repeat clientele and I will be sure to buy from them again, and refer everyone I know. I recently bought a brand new car from Doug's and couldn't be happier. First of all, I love my new Accent. I stepped down from a Sonata for the gas mileage, but got so many more benefits than I thought I would. Secondly, I can't rave enough about the great service I received. As a woman, I was worried about being patronized, but I was treated with respect and never felt pushed into something I didn't want. The whole staff from the store manager, financiing and, especially, my sales person, George, was terrific. I highly recommend Hyundai products and that you go to Doug's Hyundai if shopping for a car. more

The weekend before Christmas I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Doug's Hyundai. I love my new Sonata. I researched several cars and finally decided on the Sonata after two test drives. I am so happy and pleased with my new sonata; Mostly though I am so blown away with the service and care I was given by my sales man Lee Bui. He really listened to my needs, budget and wants and came up with the perfect solution. I went out aggressively searching for a car - 4 dealerships and 5 test drives later I ended up at the dealership I started out at - and the same dealership I purchased my last car eight years ago. Two weeks after purchasing the car I realized the fog lights were not working. A simple call and service was scheduled for the next day at no charge - even though my car was used and purchased as is. I had exceptional service, a focused salesman and a very high end experience. VERY VERY SATISFIED. Oh yeah the car - its great! more

These guys made me feel very comfortable. More relaxed atmosphere, they let me take my time and try several different cars, with a decent test drive, not just around the block garbage. I came back several times. Tough pick, really liked the Mazda 5 but bought the Tribute i model loaded at a close out price for the AWD. They are also a Costco dealership and honor the Costco discount. I would buy here again including a used car. I think they are expanding soon in the same location. Pros: professional, lower sales pressure, good deals Cons: limited space more
