I do not like Doug's 2 because the are rude and are never helpful. I would not recommend Doug's to anyone. I am never going back there. It is horrible. It is always noise and neve...

Love Carol!! 1/19/2011

I have been going to Dougs 2 salon for years and have always had a wonderful experience. I wish the prices werent so expensive, but definitely worth it! Carol is my favorite stylist they have. She is very curteous and actually listens to what you want for your hair. I will wait weeks for an appointment with her if I had to. I always receive compliments for days after leaving there. I drive an hour to Montgomery just to get my hair done with Carol. She knows me by name and remembers things I have told her in the past. more

not happy 1/4/2011

well i tryed to book an apt with this salon but the front desk left me on hold for so long, and then when i called back her attitude was like she was to buzy to schedule me and like it was such a hassle to her, so i called back and cancelled.... no matter if the service would have been great... the phone call experience ruined it me. They need to look in to getting new people for their desk. more

Terrible Haircuts! Nice Spa. 4/27/2010

I have been to the spa part and it is wonderful. So I tried having my hair cut there -twice. Both times the stylest was rude and rushed, both times the cut was poorly done. I was blown dry in a hurry and sent away looking like a homeless person. more

Stay away! 11/3/2009

Worst hair cute ever. Had to go somewhere else to fix it. waited for someone to wash hair and then waited with wet dripping hair while hair dresser talked with another hairdresser! more

Doug's 2 Salon-Spa is truley wonderful 10/29/2009

I must say that dougs 2 is an awesome salon and environment. They have been in buisness for 30 years, so oviously they are doing something right. They won best of the best in 9 categories! I give dougs 2.. 5 stars for their hard work, great customer service, and wonderful services. Thanks Dougs 2! more

I do not like Doug's 2 because the are rude and are never helpful. I would not recommend Doug's to anyone. I am never going back there. It is horrible. It is always noise and never relaxing. I got a horrible haircut also. more

Tried, true and tremendously terrific! 10/17/2008

I have had the distinct pleasure of using Dougs' 2 for pedicures and have had my expectations exceeded each time! I have recommended Doug's 2 for pedicures to everyone! You definitely get what you pay for at this salon! \r \r The ladies at the front desk, whomever they should be from day to day, week to week, are highly professional and extremely courteous! They are very accommodating at Doug's 2, and the staff projects this to the clients. Gift certificates are honored, extended, and can be turned into store credit. Doug's 2 actually wants you to be able to use their gift certificates...what a concept! Congratulations, Doug's 2! You earned your 5 stars! more

Doug's has a great facility. The chairs are well organized to minimize crowding. The shampoo chairs are short and uncomfortable, but that is a minor inconvenience. more

Great Experience 10/10/2007

I'm not a pedicure girl but had a special occasion to prepare for. I had a very short wait and really enjoyed the experience. The facility was well-furnished and the staff was very accommodating without being overbearing. The pedicure itself was great and lasted for weeks. I'd definitely recommend it for yourself or as a gift. more

Mallory is great for lip and brow waxing. she does a super job and it is so relaxing! She is readily available for appointments. She is very professional and has been there for years. more

My office always buys a Spa Gift Package for my boss each year from Doug's 2. She loves it. I've personally had a massage there. Great, friendly staff. Wonderful massage :) more

Doug's two is the best salon in Montgomery Alabama!! THe salon is\r one of the few AVEDA concept salons in Montgomery.\r Ty is my fave hairdresser! He knows me and my hair well and does color superbly. more
