I would not recommend this business to anyone. They did some body work on my car, when I got it back the work looked awful. I could see sanding marks, that they just painted right...

Another Job Well Done!!! 9/6/2009

I brought my car in because I was told by friends that Douglas is the place to go for collision repair in Lakeland, Fl. When my car was finished I was so happy with the quality of repair and the paint match! They told me it would be back to dealer quality but you always expect the worst... I was blown away by the repair that was done on my car, You couldn't even tell that I had smashed the front end! The staff was super nice from the moment I walked in and explained everything in human terms that even I could understand:-) Overall, 5 STARS and I wouldn't take my car to anyone but Douglas! Thank you guy's!!! more

Douglas Collision Center is EXCELLENT! 9/5/2009

I wouldn't let anyone else repair my car again. Every time some ask me where they should take their car, I tell them to take it to you! You get the job done! We were greeted promptly, the estimating process was handled efficiently and overall I give them 5 stars!!! EXCELLENT! J - Thomas more

Douglas Auto Collision Center 7/31/2005

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They did some body work on my car, when I got it back the work looked awful. I could see sanding marks, that they just painted right over. They also lost a part to my vehicle and tried to tell me that it wasn't on it when I delivered it to them. more
