Service was just average, to make long story short, quite a bit of attitude on the guy who came back to clean up mess. Also, was asking for a senior citizen discount, but instead...

Most expensive plumber in Fort Bend Co. 3/10/2011

I would not recommend this plumbing service to anyone. We were charged nearly $700 to install a kitchen sink and no that does not include the price of the materials we purchased. My faucet began to leak and the technician came back again, told me I bought a cheap faucet and that it was our fault and did not leave until I paid him another $62.00 for his time. Unbelievable. more

Excellent Service 1/22/2011

I was very happy with the work that they did for me. I had a cracked drain pipe which needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, part of it was under a patio made with pavers. They dug up only the section needed to repair the pipe, and took extra care with my plants. Everything was done neatly and all is well now. I would recommend them highly. more

Next day service for non-emergency job. Highly courteous and professional, accurate in assessing problems. Not sure about cost comparisons - not cheap, but high quality solution. Assume competitive in pricing. The company has been in business for some time, and their quality of workmanship demonstrates that they intend to stay in business. more

Excellent Job Well Done! 1/12/2011

I used Doug Turner Plumbing on 1/11/2011, to replace my 22-year old water heater. Mitch and his assistant, Chris, arrived on time in the morning. After assessing my hot water heater needs, they gave me several recommendations. All the options were explained very clearly. After I agreed on the work, they disassembled and removed my old unit. They were able to get/have my new water heater at my house right away, installed it and hooked it all up. Had everything up and going by early afternoon! There was time left over to look at a bathtub leak that Id had for a while. After assessing it and giving me the options and prices, they began work on it. The location of the tub and work area was very confined and difficult to move around in. But Mitch was able to do some plumbing magic and replaced the worn out parts and stop the leak! Overall I was extremely pleased with their work! Very professional and thorough, and I will definitely use them again, for all my plumbing needs! You cant go wrong using Doug Turner Plumbing!! more

Plumber stayed with our job until completed. Very clean and made sure the area was left as clean as when he started. If I asked questions, he was not iritated and always answered my questions. Plumbers that Doug hires are usually with his company for many years. more

I have used Doug Turner Plumbing Co. on several occasions. The most recent experience was to fix a leak under my sink. They have also fixed the pipes that have started to leak in the yard. Both of those times they came out in a timely basis and worked to get the problems fixed. When they came out for the most recent leak in the yard it was during the night. The technician suggested that we turn the water off and wait until the morning so that I would be charged standard prices instead of overnight prices. We did that, and he came again in the morning. He worked to save me money rather than digging all night. I have used them for about 6 or 7 years. After I first used them I went to my grandson's little league baseball game and, of all things, Doug Turner Plumbing was sponsoring them! They will come out, do a good job for the price, and you can trust them to stand behind their work. Carey Snyder more

Good job on installation. Need to do roof work to complete. 12/29/2010

I thought that the gentlemen did a good job of installing the new water heater. I was surprised that I had to have someone else finish the installation by adjusting and caulking the roof vent. Overall, I am pleased with the work and will reccomend this company to others. I gave an average rating on the "price for value" because I had no other quotes! more
