First of all, let me start out by saying they are now in Texas going by the name AA Pools. We paid to have our pool resurfaced at the very end of October 2018. They told us and our pool guy over the phone they would be chipping out all of the old plaster and then replastering the entire pool. That is not at all what happened, I walked out to our back yard to see them plastering over the old plaster. Our pool guy arrived immediately and they claimed to never have told either of us that they were going to remove the old plaster. They guaranteed the work for 12 months, however, after 4 months the plaster is already coming off. We called and emailed them even sending pictures of the damage only to have them say they would be out on 4 different dates to redo the job completely. It has now been 2 months since the problem began and they have never come to fix the problem. I began looking into this company once all of this happened only to find out they use to be called Double A Pools out of LA. Both Mona and Francisco, the owners have extensive arrest records to include DWI and Felony charges. Please STAY AWAY from this company they will ruin your pool. They also have several complaints with the BBB. more

This company was hired by us and took our money on December of 2016. They failed all inspections and walked off the job leaving is with a hole full of rusted metal caving in and refuse to finish. We have heard nothing but horrible things about them and found numerous judgements against them. Beware! more

They take your money and then don't complete your pool or do a horrible job requiring someone else to come fix it. more

We paid them to build our pool and after nothing but failed inspections they now haven't shown up in months. They took our money and refuse to finish the job. We have been in contact with multiple other people with problems with them too. more
