SCAM ALERT. They proposed unsolicited add-on service assuring that it would be covered by insurance, and we agreed on the condition that it is covered by our insurance. Then they send bill saying that service was actually not covered by insurance. Highly unethical practice. They have also started adding a "COVID" fee when you are checking out. What? more
