Scam Organization. Overbilled and paid extra. Promised to have a refund in 8 - 10 weeks. Called 6 month later. Sorry, â??system crushedâ?? and with new request will get check in 8 - 10 weeks. Time to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and my insurance career for bridge on their contractual obligations with BlueCross Blue Shield (as I am suspecting not the only one)and overbilling practices. more

If you are looking for a place to exasurbate the condition you're getting ""diagnosed"" this is the place for you, particularly anything concerning the head...if you can make it out of there without it exploding. I have never experienced such a profit-over-patient atmosphere in my not so short life (at least so far, as I still have to re-schedule my CT scan elsewhere to determine that). more

This is the worst of the worst place I have ever been to, I have to wait 3 hours for the MRI scan exam, and he MRI man worker is so rude, no respect to me, yelling like crazy, I am wondering how can these kind of people working as MRI examer. Please do not go here for MRI, the MRI doctor is like a crazy dog, yelling at you for no reasons. PS, I should give a negative RATE to him.\r \r more

I went to doshi for a service over four years ago,gave them all my insurance details.I just received a bill from them yesterday,i called they and all they could do is tranfer me from one person to the other.they will not give me an answer to the reason why they sent me a bill after 4yrs. They have been nothing but argumentative and abusive to me. This hav become a second job trying to get them to fix their mistake. They only care about collecting money not doing the right thing or being professional. more

I just received a bill from them about three weeks ago and even though they have a contract with the insurance company they insist on harassing me for payment. Be prepared to wait, wait and wait like your time is worth nothing. I waited 3 hours for an MRI to finally give up and reschedule the next morning. I booked the first appointment at 730 in hope to go in right away. WRONG! I still had to wait 2 hours because they book three 7:30's more

I had 3 x-rays with doshi, they charged me three different prices for the same procedure. The first one i had i paid for on the day (as i have no insurance) the girl on the desk made me limp with my fractured ankle to an atm, 4 blocks away because they couldn't take cards, then se had to write me out a reciept. Now for the last 3 months Doshi have been sending me letters asking me for the money for this x-ray which i already paid for. I have phoned them 4 times, sent 3 faxes, 3 emails and 2 letters, sending them proof of paymnet numerous times. When i call they tell me something different everytime. All of the people in their call center have no clue what they are doing. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I hope they go bust. Cons: useless staff who don't know what they are doing more

You will not be seen until 2 or 3 hours after you appointment time. Horrible horrible horrible. Don't come here if you have soemthing to do afterwards.... Clean place, nice set up, and very ADA friendly. But be prepared for a field day at this place. Bring food, bring your ipod, maybe a tent...this place is horrible. Do not go there! They outsource their billing to India and if they make a mistake filing the claim to the insurance agency, they bill you and then it becomes a part-time job trying to get them to fix it. They don't let you speak to a manager in the billing department to follow up on anything. more
