I have been going to Dormer for a couple of years now and am consistently amazed by the customer service, friendliness, and wonderful care I receive while there! My first visit was a massage which was spectacular and is spectacular every time I get another one. I've also seen most of the staff by now. I am so happy I found this place when I did, it has helped me look and feel amazing for quite some time now!! more

I have been to this place several times. They use a real Dr. for any procedure, which is a must, and it is very nice and clean. All these things are a must have any time you are going to a spa. They offer a huge variety of services. I do recommend it. more

Ive been coming here for years and years and have always had an excellent experience. The laser is amazingly thorough and the service is always welcoming and familiar. They run on time, and yes - sometimes Dr. Dormer suggests a product or two - but that's business, if you don't want it, just say no thanks. I recently went for my semi-annual botox injections and Dr. Dormer told me I didn't need them yet, and to come back in a few months. That's what I like about her - she's not going to give me something I don't need and that's important to me! more

I had a very serious problem of spider veins in that back of both of my legs. I was too embarrassed to wear anything that exposed my legs like dresses,skirts, or shorts. As my birthday present my family pitched-in so I could begin my treatment at Dormer Medical Spa. I've only had two sessions and the spider veins are almost completely gone. I haven't been able to visit as much as I'd like so I indulged on a visit a few weeks ago. They welcomed me back and treated my badly-treated cuticles to a gentle and relaxing mani/pedi. They are the best at soothing your fears of being accidentally snipped with the cuticle clipper and the massage after your treatment is always soothing. Highly recommended! more

She is a highly professional and conscientious clinician: she listens to my concerns, makes great recommendations and never pushes unneeded services.I n fact, she is actually very conservative in her approach. I have had to almost insist that she do a bit more when she was concerned about over-doing it! Anita truly takes an artistic approach to her work. She knows all the latest techniques and products and keeps current on all the developments in the field. I have been just amazed at the results she has achieved with me. She really spends time with each of her clients. No hurry or rushing clients through. Over time, I have come to consider her a friend and look forward to catching up with her when I visit. The office is lovely, and her staff is always courteous and pleasant. Although no one could ever say quality services are inexpensive, Dormer is certainly reasonable in comparison to many others that I have tried over the years. Anita is always looking to add value to what she offers. She clearly considers her clients her priority and wants them to be pleased with their experience. When I first visited Dormer Medical Spa, I was 32 years old and had been battling adult cystic acne for about 10 years. I tried everything, over the counter products, peels, Accutane - which is not an experience I would wish on my worst enemy! It did work but, not without horrible side effects. However, I was still having issues when I met Gretchen and Dr. Dormer. Together, they created a regiment for me that resulted in glowing, bright acne-free skin. For the first time in my adult life, I was comfortable enough to go without makeup and show off my skin. The spa itself is lovely, the facials are fantastic. Dr. Dormer did an amazing job resolving the issues around my acne scarring. Had I known this was an option, I never would have taken Accutane, I would have immediately gone to Dormer Medical Spa and saved myself a lot of time, money and horrible side effects from a very controversial drug. more

Chemical peel...it sounds painful just in theory and going in for it, I was nervous to say the least. Dr. Dormer explained the process in great detail to me and made sure that I was absolutely comfortable before we went forward. She made me feel at ease about the procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results. more
