Pros: good work for a good price. Everyone is always polite. Cons: Don't go in too early (like 7) because it takes them awhile to get set up. Sometimes they play foxnews in the lobby(ewww) Overall: the best in dorchester, the pros definitly outweigh the cons more

I've been a customer of Dorchester Tire Service for about two years. I live only a few blocks away, so it's very convenient for me. I've gone to them for inspections and to get my tires checked out. I like them, because if you can get there at the right time, I can get in and out and generally not run into much of a wait. more

I walked in without an appointment and their team quickly squeezed me in, putting on a new tire for me. I'm also antsy about my rims, but they were very careful and even let me watch! Their team is nice and knowledgable and their prices are VERY reasonable! I had a great experience choosing Dorchester Tire. I had hit a pot hole the night before and put a donut on my car - needless to say I needed a new tire asap. I looked up some local places trying to find the best spot and came across this shop as one of the most accessible options because they had an online service request. I was able to send An inquiry via the internet before they even opened which made me feel like I was getting taken care of promptly ... And sure enough, early morning I received a phone call following up on my submission, and that was that. The great customer service gave me all the answers I needed and did so immediately. My vehicle was all fixed up by 2pm the day after the flat and I was very impressed. I really have had some terrible past experiences with getting ripped off by auto repair service shops because I am so clueless when it comes to cars, but I can confidently say that this was NoT one of those times !
