I had a great experience choosing Dorchester Tire. I had hit a pot hole the night before and put a donut on my car - needless to say I needed a new tire asap. I looked up some local places trying to find the best spot and came across this shop as one of the most accessible options because they had an online service request. I was able to send An inquiry via the internet before they even opened which made me feel like I was getting taken care of promptly ... And sure enough, early morning I received a phone call following up on my submission, and that was that. The great customer service gave me all the answers I needed and did so immediately. My vehicle was all fixed up by 2pm the day after the flat and I was very impressed. I really have had some terrible past experiences with getting ripped off by auto repair service shops because I am so clueless when it comes to cars, but I can confidently say that this was NoT one of those times ! I still don't know a thing about anything to do with cars, but I do know great customer service when I receive it! Thanks!
