Unhappy with product and installation. no success with company getting issue resolved. Doorwall leaks and it cost $2K. I am going to small claims court as I need another company to install a doorwall the correct way. Do not use this company. I am a single woman and not happy with the customer service or the owner's comments. more

The manager Nick is unprofessional and rude. Acts as if he is doing you the customer a favor as opposed to being appreciative for getting your business. Does not keep appointments. Overcharged for temporary fixes for leaning garage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! more

Very Happy With This Company 2/11/2011

One morning our garage door would not open. We have 4 children and use our garage door many times during the day. I called Safeway and someone was out the same day. We had to replace our garage door opener and were given a good price and some advice on the type of opener we should buy. I was very happy with the service and recommended Safeway to my parents when they needed a new front door installed. more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT, I should have listened to my friend. Pros: on time Cons: lied about non-labor cost more
