The reason why we chose Door and Window Plus to replace and install new vinyl windows on our house was because customer service is definitely top priority with Door and Window Plus. From day one when we called for a quote, to the actual quote itself, right through to installation and cleaning of the windows. I called five companies and did quite a bit of research on the Internet before contacting Door and Window Plus. I was really impressed with Bryan's knowledge of windows. He spent a lot of time with my husband and me, but never put any sales pressure on us. And to our pleasant surprise, his quote was very competitive. \r \r ?But the thing that really made it easy to choose Door and Window Plus over local competing firms was the fact that Door and Window Plus's installers are employed by the company. We got five other quotes on our windows and almost gave up on the whole thing-they were all too pushy, too expensive, too complicated, etc. etc.. All we wanted to do was get some new custom replacement vinyl windows. Then we called Door and Window Plus after seeing some positive reviews on the internet. I went to the Anaheim Home Show and got 3 quotes . Door and Window Plus can out to my house and gave me a quote on 5 different brands of windows that I had seen at the Home Show. I don't know how Door and Window Plus did it but I sure am glad I found them. Door and Window Plus was almost half of what the Home Show Companies quoted me. I guess the Home Show companies must have alot of overhead to charge those amounts. I know the salesman are on commission but why so high? After a long search I found Door and Window Plus that did a great job installing my front door and replacing my ugly aluminum windows with beautiful vinyl windows. Door and Window Plus was a welcome surprise after getting window estimates from numerous companies. These companies seemed to just want me to buy their window and give them a down payment. Each company said they had the best window available and that they other brands were not as good and actually bad to install. The sales games that the companies used made me think I was buying a used car. Door and Window Plus actually took the time to educate me on numerous window brands and the pros and cons of each window brand. There was no pressure to buy today and they had a selection of over 15 brands of windows to chose from. I liked their showroom so I could actually see each window installed. Just got my entry door installed by Door and Window Plus. It is solid Mahogany made by Caoba. Door and Window Plus was very professional and knowledgeable about doors. Door and Window Plus also had over 150 doors and windows on display in their showroom. It took 7 weeks to get the door but well worth the wait. Door and Window Plus did a wonderful job installing my Simonton Windows and Superior French Patio Doors. The whole process was nice. Door and Window Plus was very efficient and skilled the way they installed my vinyl windows and doors. Door and Window Plus has a beautiful showroom with lots of windows and doors to choose from. Jason showed me all the different brands they carry(i believe over 20 brands) and what the differences between them. I settled on Simonton windows and Superior French doors. The price Door and Window Plus gave me was very competitive with other estimates I got but they seemed to actually want to explain what they were going to do if I chose them to do the work. Door and Window Plus did a great job with my replacement vinyl windows and front door. After I called Door and Window Plus they sent out a salesman (Bryan)and he explained all the different types of vinyl and wood windows they carry. I had gotten a some other estimates but didnt like the salesman attitude I got from them. Bryan showed me what the differences where in each window brand. Warranty was a big part of what I was looking for. Bryan was the first and only salesman to show me the actual window warranties that I got to keep. I selected the Simonton brand because I feel it is one of the best windows made and the warranty is the best that I saw. Bryan gave me a good price too. Danny came out to my house to measure the windows. It was interesting that he was the actual installer. When the windows were put in Danny and his crew was great and explained what was going on. I am very happy with the job they did. I even went back and got a front door from them. Jason was the person that helped me pick out my new front door. It looks great too. I would recommend Door and Window Plus to anyone needing new replacement windows or a entry door. They do great work and explain what types of products they have. Followed through from start to finish. They had a large selection of windows and entry doors and answered all my questions. I saved by having them do the installation. After shopping for windows I found Door and Window Plus using Citysearch. I am happy I did. They have a great selection of vinyl windows and alot of front doors available. I have 30 windows and 2 patio sliders. I got the whole job done for only $15,775. I got Simonton windows with the superspacer. Sears wanted $32,500 for the same windows for my house. I would recommend anyone to check them out. They are not pushy and will come out to your house. My house looks beautiful. Very Professional and Clean Installation.
