We got five other quotes on our windows and almost gave up on the whole thing-they were all too pushy, too expensive, too complicated, etc. etc.. All we wanted to do was get some new custom replacement vinyl windows. Then we called Door and Window Plus after seeing some positive reviews on the internet. Door and Window Plus sent out Bryan who answered all our questions and didnt pressure us at all. He called back a few days later after the appointment and asked if we needed anything else. My husband and I then decided to go with Door and Window Plus because they showed us that they could do the job the right way the first time. Door and Window Plus installers were courteous, clean and QUIET. The installation day went so much smoother and easily than we had expected. I wish we had just called Door and Window Plus first and skipped all of the others.
