Best

A warm glazed doughnut from here is probably the single best bite of food I have ever had. Crispy on the outside and warm and doughy on the inside. Sweet but not overpowering......

It's a staple in Burbank and there's almost always a line in the morning when the donuts are fresh. I'm still more of a Krispy Kreme fan. more

Try it once, you'll never want to eat any other donut. 8/6/2007

I saw a little review in the Triple A magazine a few months ago. Finally, my wife and I decided to go take a drive to Donut man. As we pulled up , looks like your standard mom and pop donut shop. We walked up to the window and immediately were greeted by the cashier and saw all the diffrent types of donuts through the window. We ordered 1 fresh peach donut and 1 Bavarian creme donut. Mann was it heaven. It was so good, Beats Krisy creme hands down. Try it once and you wont regret it. Next time cant wait to try the Fresh strawberry donut (when in Season). Pros: best donuts ever Cons: wish they were so bad for you. more

Fresh fruit-filled donuts! 11/21/2006

Their strawberry donuts are the best; they use real fruit! They're a bit pricey but WELL worth it. I'd come more often if it weren't so unhealthy. more

Best Donuts!! 4/30/2006

OK, so maybe the donuts are a little more expensive than your average Krispy Kreme retailer, but this store's got something that others don't: unbeatable quality, fantastic service, and neary sinful strawberry/peach donuts! I've tried a little bite of these masterpieces (real fruit!) and have even seen the poor cashier slave over making dozens of these, as there was a huge line behind me! I mean, WOW. Great service (the guy even remembered my name), excellent donuts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND? Definitely. Pros: quality! , 24/7, service Cons: a little expensive more

Sinfully Delicious! 4/29/2006

I read the review of the Donut Man in AAA's Westways magazine on Thursday and was devouring a delicious strawberry filled donut on Friday night! The donuts, service, and prices are amazing. My boyfriend and I ordered 4 strawberry filled along with several others and the cashier was so nice she asked if we were eating them tonight or saving them for tomorrow...she put the strawberries in a separate container so that the donuts would not get soggy. The chocolate dipped cake donuts and the tiger tails were stupendous! They even offered to make a fresh dipped donut right there for me. I will be a regular from now on...yikes there goes the diet! But it is worth it! So I'll be on the treadmill an extra 2 hours! ha ha! Thanks Donut Man for delivering a little piece of heaven so close to home! Pros: taste, freshness, prices are low, service was great Cons: not close enough, to my home more

Not as good as I thought it was going to be 4/11/2006

The donuts were not fresh at all. They tasted like they had been out for a long time and were really cold. The service was also horrible. Pros: Open Late Cons: Rude more

Death by Strawberries 10/16/2005

I have been bringing the infamous strawberry donuts into work every year for the past four years. A crowd pleaser always! These donuts are way more filling, a better value and just overall more tasty than other chain donuts shops. It is worth the 35 mile trek from Fontana to Glendora any day. more

Drive 90 min. for a donut? You betcha! 8/27/2002

There's a reason why people come here from all over L.A. Heck, I've even weathered 90 minutes of rush hour on I-210 to get their donuts. It's that good. I can't find the right word to describe their strawberry donut. It is delicious. It is the right mix of sweetness and tart in the strawberries, sandwiched within a fresh-baked donut base. *yum* Pros: Delicious, Cheap, Quality Cons: Not freeway close more

Well-kept secret. 8/7/2002

A mere 150 words cannot even begin to describe my love of this place. These are simply the best donuts anywhere. Ever. Period. I had the privilige of going to college 20 minutes away from this mecca of donuts. I have since moved out of the area, and I will probably pine for this place as long as I live (a friend recently mailed me a Donut Man donut in tupperware using overnight mail, which helped). Ohhhh, the jelly donuts that weighed almost half a pound . . . the tiger tails . . . the strawberry donuts . . . the bavarian cream donuts . . . the chocolate glazed, the apple donuts. If you are within driving distance of this place, go. I particularly recommend going after 11 pm, when they are churning out the fresh donuts. Take advantage of what you have. I envy you. Pros: open 24 hours, best donuts ever, inexpensive more
