If you're a novice and have basic questions be prepared to have the staff here berate you and treat you like they have better things to do. First time and last time customer all in one trip. Store is messy as hell too. 1 star is too high of a rating. more

I ordered a couple reloading items over the phone to be shipped to my home. I live out of state. When the items arrived, one was missing some parts. I called and explained what was missing. The gentleman on the phone asked if I could send a picture of what was missing, since I had ordered the last 2 in stock, and they are no longer available. Today the same fellow called me back and told me they could not find the parts and and wanted to know what I wanted to do. He suggested that he would be happy work with me as best he could. I made what I thought was a reasonable offer on a partial refund. The gentleman asked if I was sure, and agreed. There was no question as to me being truthful, or any doubt in his voice. I have never done business with these people before, but I will, if possible, in the future. I would rate their customer service as much better than average. Just my 2 cents! more

ridiculous prices, rude staff, place looks like a dirty pawn shop.... 22 shells at $100 a brick, reloading gun powder was $60 a pound. i gotta wonder how they stay in business? more
