I ordered a couple reloading items over the phone to be shipped to my home. I live out of state. When the items arrived, one was missing some parts. I called and explained what was missing. The gentleman on the phone asked if I could send a picture of what was missing, since I had ordered the last 2 in stock, and they are no longer available. Today the same fellow called me back and told me they could not find the parts and and wanted to know what I wanted to do. He suggested that he would be happy work with me as best he could. I made what I thought was a reasonable offer on a partial refund. The gentleman asked if I was sure, and agreed. There was no question as to me being truthful, or any doubt in his voice. I have never done business with these people before, but I will, if possible, in the future. I would rate their customer service as much better than average. Just my 2 cents!
