Being a Chicago native, I'm a bit of a pizza snob, and I actually prefer the thick, pan-style that makes Chicago pizza so famous. But I have to rave about Donato's original thin crust serious cheese pizza. It truly is serious cheese which has a slightly buttery taste which beautifully compliments the thin, slightly crispy crust. It's definitely a diet-buster, but if you're going to have it once in a while, heck why not? If you like toppings, I highly recommend pepperoni. Not only is the pepperoni edge to edge on the pizza, but it's again slightly crisped which gives it a heavenly taste! I've had other toppings, sausage, mushroom, etc... but the pizza didn't taste as good, the crust seemed soggy, not well-cooked. Go for just the cheese or pepperoni if you must have some kind of topping.
