The Cesar salad at Don Pablos is the best, I order it without pico, but if you like that you don't have to. Here is a tip when you order this salad ask for it in the shell, it is...

Don Pablos real good food 10/18/2006

Went twice so far. The first time we went I had the drunken lobster fajitas. They had a lot of lobster and so much so that I took some home. It was the first time we went and we had the 4 types of dip I liked the white cheese dip (blanco) Second time I had the tortilla salad and we shared off of my husbands huge combo. The tortilla salad is simular to a taco salad but without the meat. It is huge and only 3.99 more

A Taste of Mexico! 4/16/2006

Don Pablo's Mexican Restaurant is a chain---and a quality chain. Under previous managers, the restaurant had great food but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The servers came by sweeping by the table where you were eating-even sweeping your feet! The new management is great, no sweeping and great attention to the diners. The food is still great and the servers have a wonderful helpful attitude. We eat here all the time. The chain has a good lunch value menu and, with the poor economy in the Fort Wayne area, they offer dinner specials certain nights of the week. more

Yum! 3/31/2006

I don't get Mexican food often, because my husband doesn't like it much, so dinner last night was a treat! We went to Don Pablos. I love this place because of the festive atmosphere. The chips came to the table warm and tasty. We both ordered the all you can eat fajitas, but I have yet to meet somebody that can eat more than one serving. The service was fast and friendly and it was reasonably priced. more

Good food, fun atmosphere 6/16/2005

Go to Don Pablo's for the atmosphere - inside looks like an outdoor Mexican courtyard, complete with a running fountain and upstairs balcony (which you can eat on). Go perhaps for the food, which is good but not great. Don't go for the prices - our appetizer (Flautas, 5.79) featured 6 2" flautas, and the kids' meals (just modest portions) are 5.99 - significantly higher than competitors'. Our server was friendly but had some odd eccentricities (of course, this is just anecdotal but added to my odd feel for the place). more
