Go to Don Pablo's for the atmosphere - inside looks like an outdoor Mexican courtyard, complete with a running fountain and upstairs balcony (which you can eat on). Go perhaps for the food, which is good but not great. Don't go for the prices - our appetizer (Flautas, 5.79) featured 6 2" flautas, and the kids' meals (just modest portions) are 5.99 - significantly higher than competitors'. Our server was friendly but had some odd eccentricities (of course, this is just anecdotal but added to my odd feel for the place).
