Worst service ever! 4/2/2012

We keep trying this place thinking it will get better since it is located near us and the shopping places we enjoy. But the service is always terrible and the food is barely passable as Tex-Mex. They change managers often and those in charge just don't seem to understand good customer relations. If they parking lot has more than 20 cars we won't stop because we know it will be another bad experience. There are great Mexican Restaurants in the Waco area so don't waste your time, money, or frustration with Don Carlos! more

Greatest Real Mexican Food in central Texas 12/16/2009

Great food, staff was super great. Robert was our waiter and did one of the best jobs of taking care of men and my wife. When food started cooling off, took back and kept it warm. Prices were very surprisingly cheap for all the food you got. Wait staff ask what type of food we were wanting and made all the selection. You don't find that degree of professionalism in 99.9% restaurants; anywhere in Texas. Pros: Freshest food at Mexican Restaurant Cons: Was out of Dark Rum the first time, no biggie! more
