The worst customer service experience of my life. We rented something from them once, and needed it for an event early on Saturday morning. I was stuck in traffic on a Friday afternoon and desperately trying to get to the store on time before they closed. I called and told them I was only a few minutes away, and asked if they could hold the door until I got there. The clerk on the phone was very dismissive. I arrived one minute after their scheduled closing time. The staff was still there, but refused to help me saying the store was closed. They actually pushed me out the door, and locked it in my face, and told me to come back tomorrow. You can imagine I was very upset, since it was not an inexpensive rental, and it was needed very early the next morning and I had driven 45 minutes through traffic to make it there. When I protested vigorously, and asked why any of the staff just couldn't help me, the owner told me to go to h*ll. After the experience they then charged me for the wrong
