Jason from Dollens called almost a soon as I had hit the online "I need a quote" button. Seemed very nice and booked an appt. the next day at 5 pm (his choice, I'm flexible) to look at the job (100 to 200 amp service upgrade). Since he booked the 5 pm slot I made plans for 6 assuming I'd be done by 5:30 at the latest. He's a no show at 5:00, but he calls at 5:30 to tell me he would be late (duh). When I told him I had another appt I had to go to, his comment "you didn't tell me that last night." I guess I should have provided my full daily schdule. I did however ask him to callback between 7:30 and 8 to reschedule. Surprise ..no call yet. It's amazing how a electricianl can indicate on a website that they charge a "trip fee" yet have no problem if they keep you waiting. This is not starting out good.
