I went to Dolce for the first time for a cut and Celia did an amazing job!!!! The cut was great, she recommended some better styling products based on my hair type/needs - curly hair that gets flat ironed every day - AND she also knew how to STYLE my hair. That says a lot considering I came in w/damp hair in a pony tail so she had no idea how I styled it. Too often stylists don't style my hair to my liking and I have to go home and redo it (which feels like a waste) but Celia was great and knows what's current!!! Plus she made my hay-like curly hair silky smooth. I couldn't stop running my fingers through it!! I'm a huge fan of Moroccan oil now and I'm going to switch to Kerastasse Bain 3 for shampoo (currently using the Oleo relax). That's Celia's fav and it smells the best!! I was referred to Dolce spa by a friend at work. She continued to mention these WONDERFUL deals so I became a Dolce fan on facebook, just so that I could see how wonderful the deals really were. I had been telling my husband that I wanted a massage for mothers day and it just so happened that there was a wonderful "hook up" offered on facebook for Thursday 05/06. I called and made an appointment, which was not the easiest task. When calling to make an appointment, I believe that you deal with their scheduling area for all of their locations in arizona. This can cause some waiting time, but not too bad. The experience that I had in the spa made up for my wait on the phone. The associates were all professional, friendly and the environment was wonderful! I had a great day with a massage, haircut and manicure! I encourage everybody to become a facebook fan of Dolce and give them a try! SO I HAD MY FIRST SERVICE AT THE BORGOTA LOCATION AND JUST AS EXPECTED IT WAS AS AMAZING AS THE ARROWHEAD LOCATION! I WENT LAST WEEK TO GET MY HAIR DONE WITH HARLEY! AMAZING! I HAVE REALLY THICK AND LONG HAIR... AND I ALWAYS GET THE SAME COMMENTS WHEN I GET MY HAIR DONE " WOW IVE NEVER SEEN HAIR THIS THICK OR LONG..OR THIS ONE IS GONNA BE A TOUGH ONE" -- OR THEY GO ON AND ON ABOUT HOW MANY EXTRA BOWLS OF COLOR ITS GONNA TAKE TO DO MY HAIR - ETC.. IT GETS VERY ANNOYING. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER GOT MY HAIR DONE AND WAS NOT MADE TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND ANXIOUS. I WAS VERY RELAXED AND TOTALLY TRUSTED THE STYLIST. I WAS NOT REALLY EVEN SURE WHAT I WANTED TO DO..BUT HARLEY REALLY HELPED TAKE MY SORT OF RANDOM THOUGHTS ON MY HAIR AND GIVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO EXPRESS IT. THE NEXT DAY AT WORK EVERYONE WAS IN SHOCK. ONE GIRL EVEN BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT A FEW DAYS LATA BECAUSE OF HOW AMAZING MY HAIR LOOKS! I LOVE IT AND I LOVE DOLCE! I USED TO BE SOMEONE TO SKIP AROUND STYLISTS / SALONS AND EVEN DYE MY HAIR MYSELF BECAUSE I FIGURED IF I WAS NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS I MIGHT AS WELL DO IT MYSELF AND SAVE A LIL MONEY... From day one I've been fully impressed by Dolce Salon and Spa. Not only do they offer just about every service imaginable, but the staff is also friendly and professional. Every time I have visited I've been treated like a queen. I always feel like I've been fully pampered after a visit to this spa. I absolutely love the facials and manicures. The massages are also very nice. I also like the fact that if I'm in the mood I can even get a tan here. There's also a great deal of special packages available depending on the season. This is my absolute favorite spa in all of Arizona! more
