Doggie Land

My dog spent the weekend at Doggie land. I picked her up at 4PM and by 8PM we were in urgent care. My dog had been impaled by what appears to have been a fence of some sort. The wound in her leg was so deep and long that she had gotten a huge fever (105 degrees). According to the vet the wound was definately over 24 hours old. The staff at doggie land neglected to inform me that my dog was injured. With a wound that size there was definately bloodshed and the staff did not notice! The worst part of the situation was that it took the owner of the company OVER 5 WEEKS TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE SITUATION AND IS REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY for the time my dog spent at their facility. If their customer service is this poor it is awful to think what they do to our dogs when we are not there to supervise. I would not recommend this place to anyone - think twice before you pay top dollar to have your dogs stay here! Pros: nothing Cons: staff neglect and horrible customer service more

Doggie Land is a great place to keep your dog(s), I have 2 and had only boarded them at our vet. I love our vet but they had to stay in cages most of the time. At Doggie Land, the dogs run around an play with their other dog friends. The dogs came home happy and tired from their week long stay. My Puggle played with the medium dogs and my Lab played with the larger dogs. They have a small dog area too. Pros: Cage-free, separated by size, knowledgeable-friendly staff, trainers on staff, like dogs alot! Cons: A little more expensive than regular kennels or vets but worth it- dogs got a little dirty from playing but I ordered a bath when I boarded them more
